From the management on down – about 3 or 4 levels – they are outstanding. They are behind their workers 100% and the in-house people are super. Outstanding. They follow directions and they follow through.

They’re very good – very attentive to detail-and they did a great job job with dusting. They even use toothbrushes to ensure cleanliness. I’m very impressed and so is my perfectionist husband.

They are coming into my home and that’s a major thing. Everything in the house is valuable to me and I can trust them with it and if they have a question they can ask me. All the ladies are very pleasant. I almost feel like they are family.

They are fast but thorough. They are very polite. Everything in the home looks good when they are finished. Anything they went to do they did an excellent job on.

It was my first experience with them. They came and it was better than I expected. I have not had any experience with a cleaning service before. We were moving out of an apartment and I didn’t want to clean. They cleaned everything from ceiling to floor. They were able to get out and do the service quickly. It was easy to set up an appointment over the phone and they were accommodating.

I rate The Maids so highly because they are efficient and thorough. Their cleaning was beyond my expectations.

They are professional, friendly, responsible, and they are just one of the best businesses that I’ve had dealings with. They are run very well. If they say they’re coming, they show up. They have never shown up when they weren’t supposed to. I’ve had in certain instances medical reasons that I’ve had to have a different day. They have been more than willing to change the day or time. If I had a million dollars I would still keep The Maids. If I had no money I would still try my hardest to keep them.

They are friendly – courteous – professional – and responsible. They fill the requirements for a maid service. They do an outstanding job. IF they say they will be there at 10:00 they are there promptly. David and Lynn are so easy to communicate with. If I want to change a date or want to talk to them they are readily available.

They are very friendly from the minute I call them and she (the office manager) always wants to come when I want them to come. She really works around my schedule. If I’m not here she has no problem with having them just come in to clean. I trust them. I have never used other companies. I love the girls. They are polite. The team leader always asks what I want done before they leave. She’ll ask if everything is okay or if there is something else that I want done. They are just really good girls. I really love they girls – they probably aren’t girls, but I love them.
