The Maids have been thorough, trustworthy and reliable.  When they see something that has changed or needs repair as they are cleaning they let me know so I can take care of it.   When I travel they prepare my home so that my return is as relaxing as my vacation.   And I love being able to communicate my special requests through E-mail.   It makes a busy life much easier.

I love the special touches they do too...for example,  my daughter has her name spelt in wood letters on her wall above her bed.  Since she could reach them she loves to take them down and some letters would fall underneath the bed or spread out around her room.  Well yesterday they found the letters and hung them back on her wall for us!  I just wanted them to know that it was really nice.  Of course by next cleaning some or all of them might be off the wall again--but we do appreciate the attention to detail that they provide!   Also they sometimes wrap a doll baby in a baby blanket and have it waiting on her bed.  Its too cute!
